Marvelous hospitality by hotel staff specially on reception girl her name is deepshikha, mr. Alok ojha, food and beverage manager mr. Rohit and cleaning staff boy on 4th floor who is from uttarakhand (during 15th nova 2024 to 17th nova 2024). I will definitely visit this hotel again just because these 4 persons who didn’t let me feel that i am in any hotel, trust me i feel like that i am in my home. I request to all who is planning for this hotel to don’t trust on negative reviews. Because the people who gave negative reviews only want to that hotel staff as their slave. But this hotel staff just treats me like family members. Highly satisfied. From sourabh sharma

We had a fantastic stay at welcome by itc. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable the hotel's location is perfect on the ashram road and easy to access. I also appreciated the room services. Buffet breakfast was a rich menu and delicious too. A special shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service

We had a pleasant stay at welcome hotel itc ahmedabad. Location is absolutely perfect which is just 20-25 minutes drive from airport. Food is really very good and hospitality is wonderful. I remember one of the staff in the restaurant ms. Renuka. She was very good attending the guests. Overall we had an amazing experience.

Great stay rooms are great but the buffet is not up to the mark for a 5 star not a vibrant menu and taste is okay also the manu dishes were being served cold, also they are poorly staffed service needs to be improved a lot
