We are in love with vizag and a big contributing factor is welcomhotel by itc, devee grand. Our stay at the hotel was delightful and their super friendly staff members like yamini, srinivasan, durga. Right from the hotel porch to room the staff would welcome us with lovely smiles always eager to know how we are doing. Warmth of vizag and it's people is perfectly imbibed in this property. I highly recommend it if you are in vizag

Room and service team are fabulous. Room where we stayed was having sea view. Food was nice, buffet will make you more than satisfied.

We were a regular customers/travellers to your hotel. The eminities are upgraded. The look of the lobby is great. Pool & gym are maintained good.

The room was clean and tidy. All the necessary items was present in the room. Checkin process didn’t take much time and it was smooth. As we had an early morning train the next day so they arranged it for me. Also they did give me a wake up call dot on time as requested by me. The staff at the reception area was very supportive. The resturant had lots of food option to choose from. So in total the stay was comfortable and a memorable one.

It was a great stay at itc. The cleanliness, room service was awesome. I was traveling with my baby. They also provided us with a baby crib which made our stay more easy and pleasant. The food is also good but a bit expensive. Overall the stay was nice.
