The room, food and staff was amazing. Very quick service and friendly staff. Views from the resort are very good. A perfect place to relax and unwind the mind.

Amazing place and so beautiful the way they have built it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the property is a must visit for anyone who wants to be in the centre of manali. Views are stunning as well. Will definitely return to the property in the future.

Excellent location, view, property, hospitality. Way beyond excellence. Issue on 2 incident - 1) check in took a longer time, scanner was not working for taking our id copies 2) american express card was not exceptable.

The property z soo good and beautiful. Just feel like u are in switzerland. Rooms are neat and tidy. Food is also delicious and hygienic. Sonu was also helpful. Every staff members were there to help u.

Lovely stay, i guess new property but very well managed. Food was too good. It was a perfect gateway for a family outing. The place is away from manali bustling traffic but closer to solang.

The location is superb, away from the busy mall road. We visited there in last february. We enjoyed snowfall from the balcony. All the staffs are very courteous and helpful.

Loved our stay at itc hamsa. Best property to stay in manali with great views and hospitality. The kitchen closes quite early at 10:30 i suggest they should have a 24/7 menu
