Our stay at Welcomhotel by ITC in Katra was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and impeccable service made us feel at home. Com hotel property is located at the prime place from where we can view the divine maa Vaishno devi mountain .The best part what I like is the Arti ritual followed by the staff it’s commendable . The staff present there has been very cooperative and their hospitality is great . The food is delicious, I extremely enjoyed every item served . Kudos to the cheff 👍. Stayed at welcom itc katra for two days n the whole staff was very awesome. Food was also yummy. But in washroom there was one large towel although we were two members and liquid handwash was not there room service was good n the front desk staff and pentry staff was very nice but no staff was there for my car cleaning rest all fine. We came to know about itc from one of my friend and located property via google.

We had a very comfortable two nights stay at itc katra. We got a warm welcome and check in was comfortable. We got upgraded to deluxe room though our booking was standard room. And the staff was very warm and cordial. The breakfast buffet both the days was tasty. The spa facilities are also very good. We had a nice spa and kajal did a good job. Overall an excellent stay. We loved the valley view from the hotel. Thanks.

familyA very good property to stay for those coming on a pilgrimage to vaishno devi temple. Actually, before climbing up to the temple one can have a darshan of the the trikuti hills and the route going to the temple. The other side of the rooms will give you quite disappointing view of the dirty drainage and the city. The hotel management must create a green patch to cover the ugly look. Unfortunately, our both rooms had the dirty view. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with proper linen and toiletries. Although the hotel doesn't provide any plastic mineral waters, i support their green initiative by providing glass ro water bottles. Breakfast the buffet breakfast sumptuous with enough variety to enjoy. The staff and chef are polite and ready to serve dishes on demand. The air conditioning is a problem. The hotel must provide air-conditioning and heating options to their guests. Heating or air-conditioning must not be forced. The hotel taxi services are reasonably priced. Drivers are very well behaved. A special shout for komal at the reception. Quiet, polite and helpful. Concierge services are also good.
