Review Of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak, Pahalgam

Had a wonderful stay with welcome pine and peak, pahalgam. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the reception, restaurant staff were very helpful and made us very comfortable. Food was great, spa was amazing and the property is lovely too! will definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for. Breathtaking location of the resort. And I must mention the food was so delicious that we were amazed. Rooms could be a little bit bigger. Overall a great experience.

This is my very first time with family . In j&k. I found this property at MMT .. food is superb you can enjoy pan Asian food here... staff is very helpful and nice .

The location, staff and the property are very good. Loved my stay here. The recreation area is nice and kids loved to play there. Would recommend anyone to here

The amenities and room quality not at par with charges. Have stayed in better properties than this in similar weather conditions. Could have been better.

The staff at the itc welcome in pahalgam is the most warm and hospitable. We were travel-ling with kids and they made the experience the best one for our little ones as well.

the location is excellent the staff is courteous, food is good , overall a good stay beds are good, bathrooms were good , dont have anything to complain, oh yes have one thing to complaint the high tea , it was not that great , the snacks provide with high tea not up to the mark. rest all ok. 👍

They stay and the property is good. Also food is very good. Just they need to improve hi-tea with more options maybe pakoda, more varieties of biscuits, cake, etc. They only served 2 types of biscuits, tea and coffee. They served pane-er chilli in hi-tea which is not suitable. Apart from that management, rooms, view everything is great!

Excellent location, great and meticulously prepared food and courteous and very helpful staff. Staff would go out of the way to help the guests, while we were exploring the pahalgam market the itc staff who were also there for shopping spotted us and offered to take us back to hotel when we were done ! the gesture was appreciable

Pine and peak at pahalgam was an amazing three night stay. The staff was courteous and prompt, the wazwan meal, breakfast buffet and the items ordered from the menu (fried trout, mutton pulao and huran prawns with exotic vegetable noodles) were also very good. The evening tea could have been better, if i compared the same with similar rated hotels.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very helpful and kind. One of the best hotel in pahalgam. Must stay if you are in pahalgam. Safe and comfortable stay.

We had a pleasant stay though with a minor hiccup we travel-led as a family of 6 and got a free upgrade to their 3 bedroom cottage which was the best part. The property is excellent with beautiful pine trees by the lidder river. The food was great and the hospitality was excellent. However, monkeys were a nuisance, they entered our cottage and created a haboc in the living room and kitchen. We were traveling with a baby and had to re-sterilize all her feeding and storage milk bottles. They took away our food as well apart from that, the stay was excellent

The place has a royal touch indeed. Everything seems to be straight out of the nature’s bosom ! The staff is totally amazing, cooperative and helpful. Overall it was a great experience to have chosen it as our staying space. Must visit
