High time for the owner mr sarfaraz to redo d villa splcy the furniture. If he's not do-in it u all @ should post the current pictures of the property with almost all the furniture swing broken. Light boards burnt fridge door hanging in the air.

Good property and location. But not maintained at all. Have been to this property 3 years back with cousins and was very pleasant that time but now the property requires a hell lot of maintenance. The fans not working, ac leaking, all the swings and sofa broken. Tv also broken. Overall needs a good maintenance.

Vii-la was not at all upto the mark rooms were not clean and main of all the person didint mention while booking that there will be no electricity from morning 10 to evening 5 on thursday

Water leakage in leaving room through 2nd floor bathroom.

We were not allowed to use kitchen for cooking, rooms and toilets were properly clean, other recommendations will give linen and bed sheet should be provided

We were a group of 8 checked in on July 10-11. They charged us but it’s not even worth it. Very unhygienic, Too dirty and not sanitized. When we entered the place, the whole villa had a strong stink. The pool was unclean, looked like pool water wasn’t changed in so many days. More than half of the appliances were not working. No sockets in the kitchen were working. The microwave was in a terrible state. Bedsheets, linens had multiple holes, pillow covers were stinky and not washed. Only 1 washroom out of the 4 washrooms was clean. They’re charging exorbitantly for something which is not at all worth it. When we asked the owner to sanitize the place before our check-in, he mentioned we will have to stay out for 5-6 hrs after sanitization that too post our check-in. Our voucher mentions barbecue included but the owner was charging us ₹600/- extra on top. Overall a bad experience, especially in Covid times due to the non cleanliness and unhygienic state of the villa. Definitely not recommending to anyone!

It was a family stay. The location of the property was not so good and it took much time to reach. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. The bathroom was not clean. The room service was not there. They did not provide drinking water. They need to improve everything regarding their service. Overall it was an average stay.

It was nice Villa and quite big.

It was a great family trip for us. Very convenient location. It was a wonderful property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security or facilities. The room was very relaxing, comfortable and spacious. Maintenance of the bathroom was much needed. The food quality was good but it was a little little expensive. I would like to recommend this property to others.

Had great time. Enjoyed a short break.

A very big Villa for a family to stay, food prepared by caretaker was also good.
