Short and sweet stay

Was an urgent trip. Booked the hotel online after reaching the hotel. Service was pretty fast as soon as I booked the hotel. Was a nice overnight stay.
Polite and friendly staff. The room was spacious and well cleaned.

Breakfast is limited it should be improved. Location is OK. They have very limited options in food items .
They can improve breakfast option menu with more options to customer. It is very limited .

Absolutely horrible experience from cleanliness to damp smell in the room. Had to beg for water from the staff, very dirty bed sheet, and surprisingly had no extra sheet to change also.

Out of y days we were made to stay at a different property by the property manager which was a closed house with dirty floor and smell of dampness. Once shifted to property, inspite of having a balcony room, we were told by manager to not use balcony and keep lights closed because of the issue of license and permit to operate as a hotel/guest house in that area.

We are charged for breakfast as well as misbehaved by hotel staff, this is simply unprofessional, receptionist cum manager misbehaved and charged us for breakfast and threatened us and challenged us, that do what you can do against him.
