Nice resort ambience and nearby location in nature was too good (peaceful, near the river view from the room was to good, best place to stay with family and couple also only 1 issue: location was after from the city so network issue are there, and there is no wifi facility

The hotel had no wi-fi no tv, bathrooms shower but working properly with leakage, toilet seat not fitted properly. Overall stay not satisfactory for the prices charged.

Poor poorest most third class property and experience of my life, no service, no attendant, no parking, we parked cars on road, there is no parking, took luggage ourselves, nothing to eat, no internet, no mobile network except jio, no TV.

No hot water no cold water no room service

We have booked for 2 nights and we have moved to another resort on very next day as it is not maintained no service. Starting from check in we have advised to give order for dinner on 7pm itself as last order. Then we have requested to hot water for bath but no one is knowing how to get hot water in bath room. Tv was also not working staff was telling only free channels will come. After fighting with staff tv was started. In the morning from 6am i was finding to help me to get water bottle and hot water for taking bath. But there is no person available to talk. Breakfast was arranged in the tent resort which is another side of resort and we have to travel by our own expense for breakfast. Later we decided to check out without informing anyone and check into another resort as it was terrible to stay for another day. Also fan was not working properly bathroom required to do phd to operate as no one knows how to operate. Over all it was horrible experience and required a lot of improvement. Not recommended at all! i request my money back as it is not at all a valid deal.

I booked this hotel to spend some quality time with my wife costed me 6k, but what i see is, no staff, no working tv, no telephone connection, no wifi, no non-veg, no water bottle, with mouse running around in room, rooms were pathetic and horribly haunted kind, i had to recharge tatasky to watch tv. Please never ever visit this place, and dnt get mistaken by thinking these are tent rooms, it’s white feather kawcha not dhundni, worst experience ever
