When we entered the room something. When we entered the room it was smelling very bad no windows for ventilation more over it's a container room it's very hot and terrible experience

The stay is good , but we don't have the proper road to travel , very very difficult at night to travel with no sign boards and all the stay in the valley so if we just miss one turn definitely we die😢

White house beach resort and spa provided a delightful stay with lush greenery. The atmosphere was pleasant, creating a serene experience that enhanced our overall enjoyment of the stay.

One word is horrible service. Pols stay away. It's not at all recommended. Issues are countless. There is no reception. No manager available. No drinking water. No food availability. Complimentary breakfast is gimmick, rude and unprofessional staff, way to the property is not good(bad road, under construction property, no power backup, after several request they provide bread omelette which was stinking, manager try to be respectful but if you talk about food or quality- response is pathetic. Pols stay away. They don't care for reviews as well. Manager asked me to write whatever we can.

Property is under construction. There is only one person

It's good place to stay here, and it's peaceful property, the mountain view is very good, friendly staff treat well to the customer and over all this property is excellent

Electricity was out for 5-6 hours and there was no water at morning. But host was helpful. If with i recommend it. But not good for family. Nothing to hang the clothes in bathroom.

It's far away from main road food is expensive not clean and literally after sunset you can't even go to the resort as it is situated inside the forest better book nearby and cleanliness at-least terrible

Perfect for an adventurous trip. The ac was not working properly. The food was good.

Worst place to stay full hot inside the room

The stay was very bad, they didn’t provide basic amenities, worst service.

Cosy rooms and lush greenery all around. Good food good service!

The homestay guy was helpful and came to receive us even though we reached pretty late, so that was good

Toilet flush and ac wasn’t working. Tap water was yellow in colour and bedding was not proper. Room was not cleaned. Location of property was in very remote area. Moreover, telephone was not available in the room.

Location access is very poor, very scary to stay due to circumstances.

The resort was actually not a resort but inside the jungle with no roads. The rooms were actually tin boxes with not so good washrooms. The washrooms didn’t had proper drainage.

Its not a resort and it's very costly, at least it was for me. The place is amid-st nature, its one and only possitive. Food was good but options are limited. Your room is a container which has a double bed with ac. Bathroom is a mess with water leaks and broken hanger withhout geyser.

Property in located in remote, not easy to access after sunset. Hygiene standards are below average. Property handler doesn't knew about our booking and asked us all the details, which was quiet surprising. We have to wait for 1 hour to check in, though we were on time as per the check in standards. Staff was polite and friendly. I will not recommend it if you are travel-ling with family, yet couples might consider this as it is budget friendly while comparing to other properties.

Not satisfied in staying this property. Low facilities waste of money

as mentioned above. I will fight for refund. Pathetic. We were greeted by a lady.
