Stayed for the first time in this property. Rooms have a wooden interior which gives a natural and soothing feel. Chirping sounds of birds will wake you in the morning. Food from the inhouse kitchen is delicious. Best value for money hotel in noida extension.

Place was nice but the checkin was little too long and the telephone was not working if you have to order anything you have to go all the way down to the reception to do any order

The property is new and located in a desolate place where you do not find market place. Literally one has to engage a vehicle to get day to day essentials. Approach road is not proper, not illuminated. On the road of hotel in dark lights of hotels gives good illumination upto a short distance. The area is developing. We being senior citizen do not find it comfortable. May be over a year or so there will be impromptu in absence, locality and shopping complex. At this juncture the surroundings are not safe to dwell because of mosquito, insects and many other teething issues which is related to hygiene. Drinking water is hard. Every time we have to buy mineral water. Due to hard water it is not advisable to install aqua-guard filter. As advertised and informed there nothing free: breakfast not complimentary one meal either lunch dinner is free but there is no meal free. We took snacks on 3rd evening with 2 coffee & dinner. A bill of rs. 740 was informed. When i asked for bill i was told it will attract gst. Later the person told me to pay rs. 700- instead of rs. 740. Transport communication is sluggish. Washroom is dirty with wash basin tap broken, they have not provided for tea cups and saucers, when asked they failed to provide. There other menial issues, ac no cooling effect. Since it was one stay somehow managed to spend and returning to b bi tonight. i did not like it. When i got down from car there is no one to take our luggage to reception

Hotel is newly built hence not fully & properly furnished. Tile works & new paint marks are visible. Wooden work yet to be completed. Small rooms best suited for hourly stays, not for max 1 day stay. Ac fitted rooms neet & clean. Restaurant service & quality of food provided is good. Stay was complimented with b/fast but restaurant service doesn't start before 0830am. Do not hope b/ fast service before 09am. Area is hopeless full of dust & underconstruction of houses. No parking of hotel. It is done on vacant plots in front or side of hotel. If hospitality cannot be provided to customer's convenience no use of hovering such business. In summers in nort india if 1 cup tea cannot be provided by 0730am, its not worth staying. Property needs to be counsel-led & cautioned mmt. Don't fall in the trap of hotel or mm t of compel b/ fast with bookings kind of thing. Intercom m was unserviceable, had to go to recetion to order anything. Owner started business without fully completing service facilities. Waterglasses provided in rooms were not cleaned & full of dust. Lack of etiquette by room service due to the affect of ghzd area. Area not good for family stay.

Very remote location. Damaged roads. Broken toilet, no geaser. Judge-mental eyes and rude reception.

It was awful experience. Initially they denied checkin by saying hotel is full. Later after talking with owner, they gave the room which was in horrific condition. The washroom was of the size of cupboard where a person can not even stand properly. There was no wash basin. I checked-in at 1 am and checkedout at 9 am and despite having a booking for 2 nights, i had to moved out to another hotel where i can live peacefully without worrying about such stupid environment. The ratings shall be in negative. . It was worst experience. The washroom was non existent in the room. Services were poor. Initially checkin was denied later after talking with owner, the entry was given but the room was aweful. The washroom was of the size of cupboard without washbasin. Even standing in the washroom will give the vomitting feeling. I had to checkout within few hours despite 2 days booking. Please do-not waste your money.
