The hotel looks different in pictures than in real. Rooms have leaking walls all across. Room service is just adequate and staff is completely unresponsive for any guidance/help

Pathetic service
Worst hotel. Inspire of paying a bomb for 5 rooms, we get a very sub standard rooms with no towels and other facilities. We had to literary beg for services. In-spite of giving food order 1 hour before closure of kitchen, food was denied after 1 hour of placing the order stating we cannot fulfill the order die to heavy rush. Rooms were ali’s in very bad shape. Not recommended

As per given location link is not updated we are wasted 1-2 hrs to find hotel. Also we booked 2 executive rooms but they given 1 executive room. But hotel food was good

the room is not so clean , bedding is not clean, lots of 🦟 mosquito in hotel , bathroom is ok ok not so recommended for staying

Stay here, if you must. Just for one day.
1. Place is ok. Reasonable. 2. Against request, they may clean the room (routine maintenance, but they do not oblige always. 3. The absece of management's involvement is obvious. Overhead tank leakage, exhuast fan being dysfunctional, absence of kitchen except for physical presence are examples of the management's apathy. 4. The staff if available, respond ok; but you may get tea milk ordered only after half an hour, if you get it. 5. Staff members are reasonably polite, but they are not supported through resources, training and motivation by the management. 6. If you have to stay here because of closeness to your work, it's ok to stay for one day. 7. I try to avoid this place and am not excited to recommend to others.

होटल तक पहुचने में बहुत परेशानी हुई रात 9 बजे खाना उपलब्ध नही हुआ जोमाटो से बुलवाना पड़ा पलंग से आवाज़ आती रही फैन या तो फुल स्पीड में चलता था या बंद हो जाता था उनको रूम चेंज करने बोला तो 450/- एक्स्ट्रा डिमांड की गई। सुबह 9 बजे तक चाय नास्ता भी उपलब्ध हुआ रूम तौलिया साबुन कुछ भी नही मिला यह आकार ठगा सा महसूस हुआ।

They didn't provide towels at first, and the checking in time took very long. After asking repeatedly did they give it. Other than that, the toilets were defective. And in one of the rooms they provided, the curtains had fallen off. The neighbours were very noisy. The phone to reach the reception wasn't working most of the time.

Rooms and the hotel area was not so clean. It did not match how it shows in app. Telephone was not working, no restaurant. And service was not so cooperative.
