The caretaker jimmy was very kind and cooperative along with other staffs of the guest house. The arrangements were too good. The location of the guest house was also perfect. I will strongly recommend visitors to shillong to stay in white rabbit guest house.

i reached white rabbit guest house hotel, shillong at 11 am on 13th december. one of hotel boys has shown me a room which is in my booking range. then i told the boy that i am not satisfied with this room. immediately i was given a deluxe room in the same hotel. for that hotel owner did not charge me extra money.

Booking was made on makemytrip which shows only standard rooms as available. Booked a standard room. The budget room including bathroom were small and modest but clean. Though room felt somewhat damp. Geyser in working condition. Wifi works intermittently. Food has to be ordered latest by 8. Pm for dinner. Overall a okay experience on a budget. Host is extremely friendly and helpful.

"stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The booking experience is great. Paid and the room was ready before we reached. The rooms have a city view with necessary amenities like tv, geyser etc. There is no fan but it's not needed in the shillong weather. The caretaker and the front desk guy are very friendly. The room was also very comfy. The bathroom is also clean with western style toilet.

Well the room 105 network isn’t work there especially airtel and if you have jio you are saved and unluckily their broadband wasn’t also working and that’s why we have to go to the lounge to get the internet, so it wasn’t a nice experience out there.

Management level is worst. They don't have necessary things in rooms, every time you have to ask for it. They have big mouth about everything but when it comes to execution, they miserably fails. Food ordered 4-5 hours ago are given at 11 pm, and when asked about delay they answered in such a rude way. There was no water at the morning when people are supposed to use it the most.

There was no tv facility, no fan, no proper ventilation
