The stay was neither good nor bad, as the room was very small in size but the staff were good. Still it served my purpose of just staying for the night as i checked in late at around 9 pm. I really did not like the room since i had just stayed at a few hotels in sikkim in the same price range but three times better. Overall, if you just need a place to rest your bones for the night it serves your purpose due to its location just off the highway.

The behaviour of the manager is quite good. But the place isn’t ideal for staying. Rs 900 is too costly for a single room keeping in mind about the facilities. Very very few facilities. Food wasn’t also very good. Overall average facility.

The receptionist was so rude. Firstly he was providing room which have no window reception was saying that there is no room all are non ac then i have to call owner then he provided non ac room. Owner was well behaved but the receptionist was so rude. I didn't liked the stay

This staying is a waste of money. Room quality is very bad. No power, no tv in the room, and very poor room service. Geyser is not working due to no power. Very bad experience with this hotel.

Its a community hall with a room we had to walk through the center of s marriage function the staff restricted our further entry n exit due to the function pathetic experience no room heater or water heater in a cold place only 1 plug point no chairs no balcony its a clustrofobic room its not a resort, its just a third class lodge

The resort has very very poor service. Only one towel was provided for 2 people. And the room didn't have television for entertainment. Hospitality was very poor. There was no telephone in the room to contact the staff for seeking services. Proper lightings was not available in the room. To make order for breakfast was difficult. Also there wasn't any menu available to opt for breakfast, lunch. So the stay was terrible. Hopefully in times to come the resort will improve.

Ac is not working in my room and been trying to get it fixed since afternoon, but no resolution. Had paid 2300+ rs for ac room and now i am suffering in the heat and having migraines. Repeatedly trying to get the caretaker to help, but he is just saying coming in 10 minutes. Also requested for change of room, but there is no other room available. I will be forced to file consumer forum complaint if issue is not fixed within an hour or my whole booking amount is not compensated back to me.

the most rude owner/manager whatever he was that i have encountered in my life.i had booked a room there for someone and that person was travelling from dibrugarh, when i enquired about the location the owner/manager was so rude to me that we will close down the hotel ,you have not reached yet it’s already 11 pm blah blah…place like this should be closed down
