Badly maintained
This is one of the badly maintained properties in Alibaug. For the price it is definitely not worth it, if going with family and kids. There are stray dogs and cats who come and sit outside the door. Garden area is also badly maintained with old stained furniture. Rooms are dimly lit with broken beds. Even mosquito nets have big holes. Must have been nice property once, but proper maintainence is not done. There is nothing nearby for food, one has to travel 4 kms to find a decent restaurant.

Average Stay
Food- lot restriction as only one type of dish for all, no alteration. No availibility of proper resources like milk etc. Property - Over all property is good. Still maintenance is required like tiles were broken near swimming pool, no hot water in few bathrooms. Speaker also not working. Location- it is remote but easy to reach. Awas beach 15-20 mins walking.

Good Stay
great place to visit only drawback is the location which is a bit far from mainstream for food arrangements and personal kitchen is not there it is driven by caretaker rest properly is very good and in serenity
