Best property in vagamon. No other property has such warm welcome and staff in vagamon. Tried many other properties in vagamon. Nothing matched to winter vallry service

The staff takes very good care of the guests. They also help with nearby places to visit and jeep safari. Restaurant food quality is very good. The view from the rooms are excellent.

It was really awesome memories in Winter Vale Green stay resort. Room, Restaurant, Balcony everything is perfect clean and dry. enjoyed nature with rain...and breakfast is also very nice which is complimentary. And special Thanks to Reception people.. Thank you Winter Vale Green Stay Resort. 👍🏻❤️

We had a very good stay in winter vale. They have a separate property of many acres. We took the private pool villa with ac. It was worth the price. The rooms were clean and of high quality. The breakfast was included and it had lot of varieties and also delicious too. Overall, we had a great stay

We recently stayed at the winter vale green stay resort in vagamon. Overall it was an excellent experience. Very nice resort at a very nice location. We got a valley facing cottage, which was beautiful. The staff and the service was excellent and courteous. The food at the restaurant was quite nice. Thank you winter vale green stay!

Spice tea provided as welcome drink was highly refreshing & soothing to throat. On the way to cottage, a lady accompanied us & gave a short tour on the property & amenities. There is always a team at reception to address our concerns/queries which is very well appreciated. Food is expensive & not worth the price. Room & amenities are well maintained & clean. The resort is around 400 metre away from main road, not too far but the road is narrow and risky in certain areas as its moslty on cliff, just got enough space for a car to go, its difficult to handle when vehicle from opposite approach.

Winter vale is on the way to Vagamon and is wonderful place to stay with great view of the mountains.the private cottages opens to the view of the tea estate and the mountains on the opposite side.the staff are very good and cooperative and helpful.they even have a complimentary tea and snack option when u are served this from an old type of tea stall setup near the restaurant with great ambience.
Only thing we dint like is the pool rules because everyone was jumping around with their normal dresses without showering and no towels available there…the pool is great btw.
Have brought this to the notice of management and am sure they will rectify that too…

From arrival till checkout is was exciting room was excellent. Only issue was the cottages with name f and g were down the hill. Old people/people with limited self mobility, who get cottages please specifically ask to avoid rooms like f1 f2 as they will need to climb up. Tje hill to reach the lobby and dining hall. If you haven't seen a nice fig tree, it's there at the front courtyard!
