Winter woods exp

Hotel name was different not winter woods. When we reach there initially we find it difficult to understand the exact hotel location. But the point of contact person was reachable and he told us the right location but hotel name was not winter woods. We booked for 3 rooms but we got only 2 rooms with extra beds only. When we reach out to concerned person he told us that room that was about to give has damaged cots because one of the previous guests created problem in that room and made cots damaged. We agreed to have only 2 rooms as we dont have any other options. It was at night. He provided extra beds told us to adjust and he told will refund you the amount for the one room booked. Ideally this is not the right behaviour. We trust make my trip to have the bookings confirmed and in the last minute should not tell rooms are not available
