The facilities provided wood venture is upto mark truly everything although it is small that one needs during stay is provided which is different from other hotels in srinagar. The hospitality remained always best for me when i stayed there

The hotel is neat and clean and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Food is good. Located in a crowded part of srinagar but not far from lal chowk and autos are easily available for dal lake, tulip garden, etc.

Awesome hospitality. Food and service was superb. My daughter suffered from a cough, cold, fever and loose motions during our kashmir trip, the hotel staff was so helpful, they arranged a car and visited a doctor. The whole night they provide services with a smile. Nice stay. Thanks wood venture residency.

I have previously night stay at kawa retreat. This hotel is far better then kawa retreat in amount of price and rooms service. Very comfortable stay and nice location nice property.

Located near the lal chowk market newly built in and all the basic amenities were provided by the staff. Rooms are neat and clean and under the budget

2 complimentary water bottle of 1 liter. Brush soap shampoo shaving kits medical kits shower gel of best quality like 5 star were kept. Nice big bathroom clean toilet. Double bed with tv etc all luxurious items used in furniture. Just 5 km away from airport. Decent staff very helpful.

It was my first solo trip and as a single woman i was very apprehensive. But the manager mr. Shameen and all staff were very kind and helpful and made my stay feel safe and comfortable in every way. The hotel is classy, rooms neat, bathrooms, bed and sheets are all clean and tidy. Recommend this hotel definitely.

Not so well known hotel in Srinagar but it is near to market place of Srinagar. The staffs are very helpful. It has air conditioner and hot water facilities. It has no lift but the staffs are very helpful to carry your bags. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
