Perfect location for Calangute as well as baga beach.Rates are also reasonable which includes breakfast, pool, room service, free wifi and parking.

The ambience was really nice, the hotel staff are so welcoming and the overall hospitality is excellent. We had a great experience and memorable stay over here.

It is actually just a min walk to the beach just 3rd or 4th property from the beach. Staff were helpful

Location is good just 2-3 minutes walking distance from Calangute beach. Good place to stay with family & finds . all staff are wall behaved .. had an excellent experience in wood house .

Lots of cockroaches are there in room..swimming pool is for name sake only...buffet breakfast is also very bad...

Location was good but the food was very average. They don't give much options in the breakfast. AC was not working so we have to ask to fix it

Extremely Unsafe Stay – Theft Inside Room While We Were Sleeping! We stayed at Wood House Resort, Goa, checking in on 10th April 2025. On the morning of 12th April around 6:30 AM, while all three of us were asleep in our room, two iPhones (iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro) and an Apple Watch were stolen from right inside the room. One phone was under the pillow and the watch was kept for charging on the table. When we checked the CCTV footage, it clearly showed an unknown person entering our room, and while exiting, the face was not visible due to the poor quality of the cameras. Although the hotel claims to have 15 CCTV cameras, none of them are of decent quality and not a single security guard was on duty at the time of the incident. The hotel management showed no responsibility or urgency, and their negligence directly led to this incident. This has not only caused us a financial loss of over ₹3.3 lakhs, but also left us feeling completely unsafe and helpless. We strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property if you care about your safety and belongings. The hotel fails to provide basic security, and in case of theft, you’re left on your own.

- no ventilation - bugs inside the room and in the swimming pool - cleaning is not just applying sprey - darty plates and no place to keep the plates after breakfast and cats are eating from plates breakfast was good but plates are not clean

Rooms were clean pool was also good staffs were very cooperative, breakfast was tasty specially aloo paratha

Location excellent near to beach. food is good. Staff are polite, cooperative and well behaved. Amenities are good. Swimming pool is clean and breakfast is really nice.
