Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, completely spoiling the mood of our trip. The rooms were very basic, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it was quite noisy at night. We had paid extra for breakfast, but were told it would only be available after 9–10 a.m., even though we had to leave by 8 a.m. The staff agreed to refund the breakfast amount if it wasn’t ready. However, the next morning, when we tried to check out, the staff were asleep in the reception area. I had to call their office number to reach someone, and when I politely asked for the promised refund, they rudely refused. When I mentioned I would share my experience , the staff member dismissively said, “Do whatever you want.” Such behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. There is also very limited parking space. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this place.

It was ok ok type.. but breakfast has no other option than breads.. that I didn't like.. staff was good.. provided everything which I needed..

It is a very good place to stay. the manager and the staff are very good. i am very pleased.

Cleanliness was good. Location is good. Amenities were satisfactory as TV wasn't working, AC was not cooling as per the temp seting. Bedsheet amd pillow was of substandard, window was not opening properly. complimentary breakfast provided was of Substandard. On duty service staff was sadist.

The top floor rooms is not comfortable at all, the building is shaky. The electricity does not well maintain.

Everything was fine and good except the vegetarian food was not serve. While booking the type of the food should be asked like what I would like to have

I stuck in flood in Guwahati and after searching lot's of hotel than I came to this hotel. I booked for one day first than we add two more days in this same hotel. Room is neat and clean, given towel and shower gel. AC and Fan is fully working, no recent power cuts also. Water is 24×7 available and staff are so friendly and helpful. overall ambiance is so nice and have a clear view of road side from the balcony.

The location was a little far from Guwahati but the experience was good and the hotel staff were very friendly and respectful.

Good, room average, bedsheet old, blanket was too smelly. It became itchy upon sleeping. No slippers were also provided for washroom usage. Else behaviour of person was good and helpful.

Ok no almari and mirror inside the room. Room service is good. The common corridor at 3rd floor view is good.

I liked the room for the price and it's closeness to the airport. Could have used more toiletries though. Only one soap was given. I think a shampoo satchet could have been included. One thing i didn't like is that the reception ignored me. I entered and thought the first desk was the reception, it wasn't. I called some numbers. Went into the hallway and called out for anyone. No one answered. I later called another number and heard the ringing nearby before it was quickly cut off. When i located the place from where the sound came. I found the actual reception area. There was no way they didn't hear me call them for like 8 mins. And it seemed they intentionally cut the call off. I'm puzzled by this behaviour.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but the hotel lacks upkeep and maintenance.

A good place to stay, it is very near to the airport, price is also budget friendly hope to come again soon

I was from 24th Oct to 25th Oct. I booked the room with breakfast included. When I entered the room before I asked the recipientionist what time it was for breakfast. The recipientionist didn't say anything and just replied that breakfast came for so little money. But no one told me about breakfast in the morning. But I paid for breakfast. But I made my booking a little earlier so I got a little discount.
