Average stay with okish bathroom. Location was on the main road. Service also average

The facility seems to be a bit expensive for it’s keep. The bathrooms were not upto the mark. Just an average stay with higher price

A decent stay for the family.. staff were good .. when I complained about AC fault they gave me an alternate room immediately

Good and decent stay but it was pricey. Rooms were good and staff was polite. Location of hotel is also decent enough to reach late nights. Overall a comfortable stay but bit costly

Arrived around 10pm of 13th went out 14th 4 am for a function and vacated at 12pm of 14th. Very short stay. No complaint. Happy that got hot water at 3. 30 am. No complaint.

Not worth for money, no hot water, no phone to call room service. Every-time u have search for room service. Bad experience

superb residency with polite and helpful staffs ,,, great amenities,,, easy to find out from black thunder ,,, my kids also enjoyed a lot and stayed very comfortable,,, one of the best thing is hygiene,,,, whenever I will come to mettupalayam my only choice is woodland only 😀

Hotel was not good, cost is high and ac also not properly working service not good, if u need enjoyment please see property anywhere else

The hotel is located in outskirts of mettupalayam. It is an average hotel with average facilities. The receptionist was helpful. We did not know tamil very well, he helped us book an auto for the next day.

It is ok for short stay. No food and tea available. May be we went at off season.

Least you should speak about service there is no water jug also in the room, forget about mineral water, dirty bedspreads. Bath towel filthy smell, very dirty. Both rooms worst than public toilet.

Rooms are so dirty, I do not know when they clean the bathroom, worst than public toilet. Not even worth that money. Dirty towels, no soap, no water bottle, no hot water.

It's a perfect hotel for a one nights stay like ours. The best part about the hotel was though it's an average hotel it was very clean.

Toilet was not so hygiene, In Make my trip they showed they will provide mineral water but not provided, no restaurant is available with the hotel or nearby. Mosquitos are in the room and they have not provided any mosquito liquids in the room. Staff behavior was good.

It was not a comfortable stay.

Totally not worthy, no drinking water kept in room. Also taken advance money but given back. Transportation difficult and costly.

It was good pleasant stay.
