Very nice location , close to nature, over all very good experience

It was scenic,great ambience, 5 star level hospitality and we had a great time. The hospitality of Kaka and his team was awesome.

Experience is average. Really difficult to reach this place and its not worth to spent so much time to see average place like this. Food and room is also average.

It was a pleasant stay at the resort. Food was amazing (home made food), beautiful view & amazing service.

The Experience was amazing it's away from city buzz at the back waters of koyna river. The owner's are extremely sweet and caring and made sure we had an amazing stay. Kaka and Kaki both are very sweet to talk and we shared laughter and talks with them. The food is one of the Bestest I have ever had in a hotel. It's home cooked by locals in the village nearby and taste is Amazing simply beautiful. All the vegetables are grown in house in the farm. If you want an escape from hustling city life it's highly recommended to be here

Pros: rooms were nice and clean. An excellent view of the surrounding hills and river from the river facing rooms. Helpful staff. Cons: approach roads not in a good condition. Navigating within the resort is difficult due to absence of a proper pathway and steps. Limited options for food and inflexible timings.

Amazing stay and excellent vibe by our host Mr. Dange who made us feel like home. Food was very good and we had a very peaceful, lovely stay in our cottage. I would recommend everyone to plan their stay there.

Excellent stay. Please visit post monsoon. It’s a mesmerising experience and view. Rooms are clean and well maintained . Privacy is apt . Property is very well maintained. The food is finger licking delicious.

Everything was good however will be better if the rooms are maintained well as they were not that good.

The place has created a beautiful core memory for me. The view and the loving hospitality by the host has left us in awe.

Stay was horrible. No electricity at all. Terrible road 🛣️ to reach location.. See this Is pathetic road. Towels.

The property is in the mountain bed and is surrounded by trees and natural jungle. Excellent view in and around. Home made food is amazing. 5 star for food. Simple and yum. Though road is little off beat and you will required to take car ferry as well on d way. But it's worth it and is super fun.

No electrical back up at all at resort. Ac conditions are very poor. Though food quality and location is good, lack of basic amenities spoil your valuable time. Totally disappointed.

It is one of the best experience we have had. The location is nestled in the buffer zone of the Koyna Wild life sanctuary and is virtually cutoff from all city hustles… the cottages are very good and comfortable. The food delicious and the hospitality is beyond expectations.

Property was good however it was in a remote location, and there was no wifi network in our room and the roads were pretty bad. Food was good, bit expensive but food was organic. Overall it was a good experience and was a good break from the busy urban lifestyle

Beautiful location in the midst of western ghats, variety of plants - berrys, nice home cooked food and lovely people. Highly recommended for family stay.
