Review Of Woodville Palace - A Heritage Since 1938

Property was good, but the room was quite old vintage very cold.

Very good food and excellent service quite place. Very good property location

We had booked a deluxe room in this heritage hotel but before check in ,they charged six thousand extra ,they said the room which booked is not a heritage room.otherwise the room they show me on check in time was of poor condition,ultimately I pay extra for upgradation as they suggest.so It was a terrible experience with woodville palace.lastly they were not providing bill of extra charges money.

It was a wonderful stay !! The food was delicious, nice and cooperative staff and a nice hospitality.

My exprience was very pathetic. Because i was travelling 73 old and 2 years old baby. They had provide me very unsafe room. There was no or boundries outside the room. Its was very risky for both. When i said to provide me another. They said we can not do it. They i havd to pay 7500 extea for both afer that they can provode another room. I have no choice.

Food - Breakfast - No buffet, Alacarte - only 3 items Location - good Room - AC not working (suffocating), no hot water Facilities - Couldn’t use as changed hotel after 1 night from Woodville to Cecil due to inefficiencies

Good location, excellent outdoor ambiance, very cooperative staff. We liked our stay at this hotel. Rooms need renovation and repairs of fittings & plumbing. Food is good but expensive and potions are small in double bottom pots. They can show some grace there. But overall a good experience.

Great hospitality but the rooms don’t justify the price,breakfast was good,staff all are very helpful,but the rooms are not up to the mark.

Stay was very cozy and comfortable, hospitality of staff wad outstanding. Food quality was also Good. Ambience and gardenscape were unmatched.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is extremely peaceful & quiet. There're large well maintained lawns & breakfast is good. We stayed in room 101, it was very spacious & comfortable. This hotel is particularly good for long stay. Overall maintenance of the rooms can be improved.

Nice old colonial property and basic clean rooms and functional bathrooms. Good in room food response time.

Food not good and bad quality and taste money is very important for them. Not so recommended by me as a personal experience

One of the worst services I have ever experienced, takes them 3 phone calls and 40 minutes to get drinking water to the room. The quality of food served during breakfast is pathetic. Their staff is untrained, lacks common sense and basic decency, I ordered a parantha and was half way eating it when a server walked by and without asking if I was done with my food just picked up the serving dish that had the paratha in it and walked away.

Rooms are super clean. Food is nice. Staff is generous. Property is old but have a modern flavour to it.

Location is very close to the mall road, super accessible and convenient. The property itself is beautiful, vintage and luxurious. Loved the services too, including the spa session
