We already expected a high quality of service when we realized that this was a muthoot property. And right from the beginning, the people manning the front desk and the check-in just impressed us with their helpfulness and professionalism. The property itself was great. 18 acres of it, flat all the way to the grounds and the beach. Easy access to older people in the family. Vegetable garden and cattle farm activities. Yoga and spa for those who want those. Nice little lake to paddle-boat around and feed the fishes. Great food, and mainly wonderful ambience. The gardener caretaker was very friendly and so was godson who together even packed us bananas and seedlings for us to take home. Overall, we had a wonderful and refreshing stay!

This place is beautiful with warm people. Great beach nearby. Good food. To top it all, the room themes are amazing. The cottages have high wall giving you complete privacy to get naughty. Couples will love it. Open air bathrooms was a nice experience. Overall an amazing stay.

Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to revisit xandari sometime in the future, possibly for a longer stay.

An excellent resort which is having a vast property adjoining clean beaches. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The facilties and activities were sufficient to keep us occupied and for the whole family to enjoy the stay. I highly recommended this property at maraikulam beach area.

Beautiful property with lots of activities, caring staff, good food and great afternoon tea/snacks and beach close-by. Enjoyed our "wedding anniversary,' stay for 2 days with the staff decorating our room and providing a delicious cake! Thank you!!!

Our one night stay at xandari pearl was nice and comfortable. Villas are neat, clean and spacious. Property is huge and you can easily go to beach using resort’s private access.

It was wonderful stay. Calm, spacious and good food. Added to that good reception. Beach is 250 mots from the property. The only thing which i would suggest is to have an ipad or tab (since it’s no tv concept hotel).

Loaction is good. From inside resort area, one can go to beach side. Room are spacious and clean. Privacy is maintained for each villa. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Food varieties are tere, but food is costly. Overall great experience

Great staff. Extremely friendly environment. Extreme privacy. Villa pool was super clean. The cycles need a bit repair. The ground staff was great. Service was prompt. The property is well maintained. The beach attachment is a cherry topping.
