Hotel is perfect for hill station stay with all modern amenities! staff is extremely helpful and quick. Food is simply awesome, you just need to tell what you want and it is on your table. I recommend everyone to try stay in this resort if you are planning to visit chail and stay at natural calm place with mesmerising mountain views. Chef is expert in every cuisine. You must try authentic indian, chinese or continental food

Overall experience was good. Stay at this property is quite great. They have the dedicated parking at their place and hospitality service is amazing.

There were multiple power cuts and no backup. Otherwise property if really beautiful l and view is incredible

There was a lot of issue. No kettle at the room, milk pouches, tea bags, sugar free. Service issues like delivering the food after 1. 5 hours of ordering. Not happy with the quality of the room as well.
