it's a splendid and cozy stay with family.. I took a presidential suite and the room was quite spacious and a comfortable stay with a nominal price. The service was excellent & the behaviour of the staff was very good.. The room and wash was clean and hygienic..

The location of the property was amazing.The view from the balcony was breathtaking.Suite was spacious enough for 7-8 people with extra bedding requirement. Food was good but options in breakfast buffet should be expanded. Some of the things need repair and attention like washroom flush was broken and a tape was used to fix it. Doors and some furniture need repair. Staff was polite and courteous. Overall I think more professionals are required to maintain the property efficiently.

There were multiple power cuts and no backup. Otherwise property if really beautiful l and view is incredible

Hotel is perfect for hill station stay with all modern amenities! staff is extremely helpful and quick. Food is simply awesome, you just need to tell what you want and it is on your table. I recommend everyone to try stay in this resort if you are planning to visit chail and stay at natural calm place with mesmerising mountain views. Chef is expert in every cuisine. You must try authentic indian, chinese or continental food

Nice service and nice location.

There was a lot of issue. No kettle at the room, milk pouches, tea bags, sugar free. Service issues like delivering the food after 1. 5 hours of ordering. Not happy with the quality of the room as well.
