    1. They don't have anything to communicate with room service or reception (no intercom) 2. Linen and bed sheets are dirty and soiled 3. Insects, lizards and spiders can be seen in rooms. 4. I think all rooms are similar nothing like deluxe super deluxe etc 5. Food is very ordinary to say the least. 6. TV is there in the room but is not working. 7. Shower is not working in the bathrooms
