Review Of YANKEE RESORT

Location is good, it is near lava bazar. Room and interior are very decent. View from room is excellent. Home made foods are served as per customer's choice. Service and behavior of the staff was good. We had an excellent saty for two days.

The employees are very rude but only food service is good and rooms are clean otherwise if someone faces any kind of health issues they won't help this is a very big draw back of this hotel and they even cannot help with emergency ambulance and medicine

Yankee resort was a luck by chance discovery for us. We took the kambu cottage, with a breathtaking mountain view. Besides, the staff is very well behaved and the food was simple yet tasty.

My experience at yankee resort was not at all good because of the following reasons: 1. The behaviour of the staff was very rude. He was even drunk at the time of welcoming us and was talking in a mean way. He was also demanding extra money arrogantly. 2. Geyser was not working; however after requesting them earnestly they fixed it. 3. There was no ventilation system in the room, which makes the room very suffocating at nigjt while sleeping. 4. There was no room cleaning service provided. 5. The cost of the foods was much higher.

The location is good on lava bazar and the room is good and clean. The food is tasty and homely cooked. The cost of food is high. The manager also arranged a car for the trip and dropped to njp. Overall nice stay.

Behavior and service is outstanding. Food is very very healthy and tasty. Staff are very helpful and co operative.

Yankee is one of the oldest hermitage amid-st misty lava. This property still gives the feel The property consists of one main building of hotel rooms and three cottages in annex part. Among-st the cottages, khambu is the best, located at the very end and hence having a magnificent 180 degree view of himalayas. It has a restaurant too, bit costly but the quality and hospitality have worth it. During our stay, pradeep has been very helpful and conscientious to our every need. Food were delicious too. Staying at khambu has it's own charm. The lease owner aslo personally enquired multiple times for feedback and assured any assistance needed. Only thing i felt as a downtime was maintenance. The property could've much maintained It was understaffed when i visited but hence there were some issues with cleanliness. Overall, we were satified and next time when we visit, expecting it with better maintenance. Cheers

Food is good but very high price and alternative electric service is not in resorts, so too much problem in night when running current is not supply, others ok

Good ambiance with cute cottages for family. Hospitable staff and extremely helpful proprietor to guide for places of interest at lava and nearby ones. They even managed conveyances for sight seeing at reasonable price(gracias. Good food and overall an affordable luxury with congenial staff.

It was a wonderful experience for us at yankee resort. The resort is located at lava market, yet it’s so peaceful. The resort has cottages as well. We stayed at the pine cottage which is the best option they have. The property is managed by an always cheerful owner and employees, they will try their best to make your stay pleasant. Should definitely stay here when you are here.
