The hotel location is good. It is on the road between prem mandir and banke bihari temple and the staff is well behaved. I liked their hospitality.

If you’re looking for a property in vrindavan i’ll prefer you to go for this property as it has everything in it. Also this property is near by to bihari ji temple plus they will help you explore new places that are around vrindavan and as well the owners are also very amazing and helpful definitely coming here soon again.

It was delightful, premise of the hotel was well cleaned, the location is also not too far. Anyone with family can easily reach to the main temples of vrindavan, even through the walk if want.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Best experience staffs were very cooperative. No issues with 2-3 hour late check-out. They have pets inside resort also.

4. 2. I can never think of staying in this so called resort till my life span. Room and bathroom were giving stinking smell. Used water stagnating due to faulty slope. Fixtures never cleaned since there fixing. Broken and missing switches never replaced. There was short circuiting in ac cable. No almirah to hang clothes. Food very poor quality. Wifi never worked

Staff guided us properly. And helped us. Very cordial staff. Room. Was very spacious and clean. I booked a bigger room from my side. Overall the stay was good.
