only the location is better. TV was not working, telephone was not working, no cleanliness atall, poor ambience. everywhere sigarette smoking smell. no restaurant service, no towel etc provided, everywhere cockroach. and poor service. not atall recommended for family

In the inclusions, there are so many things listed but not even half were there! No proper toiletries, no dustbins, no kettle, mini fridge! We had to even ask for the water bottle ! The rooms were not clean at all and there was hair all over the bed spread. We dusted all of it on our own and managed somehow for 2 nights as the payment was taken in advance by MMT. During morning hours, even water supply was disrupted in the bathroom. No window or balcony was there in the room. In the entire building- there was a strong smoke smell all the time, and a lot of noise was there during late night. We couldn't sleep well. Pathetic experience I must say!!

Service 5 ⭐ Rooms 5 ⭐ food 5 ⭐ Cleanliness 4 ⭐( just because the room was smelling like smoked tobacco ) It was good experience. Staff is very polite, respectful and helpful.

Service is too slow. Not responding on time. No food taste. Again and again call than he share the towel or other item. No bathing facilities available. Washroom was not clean

Property is awesome and its price value of money. Located in centre of the city also staffs are also supportive.

Average service by hotel members. But if you are wanting some luxurious services, don't consider it. -no ventilation in washrooms. -dirty comforters.

Poor Stay
As per the photos Was not the same room when we asked to hotel person they told that room photos was wrongly update. I will not recommend any kne stay in this hotel.
