The stay was amazing

Clean and well maintained apartment with all necessary appliances
coupleWe had a comfortable stay at yogvan holiday apartment. It was a very well maintained 1bhk as mentioned in the description with spacious bedroom, washroom and hall. It additionally had a balcony with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, utensils, microwave, water purifier, chimney, refrigerator, etc. The bedroom had tv, wifi, air conditioner and a portable heater. The geyser in the washroom was connected to the wash basin tap as well which was helpful as we visited during winter (january. The care taker and owner were available and friendly. Location wise this apartment is uphill from the main road which was slightly inconvenient as most of the rickshaws did not agree go this way (not an issue if you are traveling by cab to this place.

Good stay but unhappy with the location
The stay is very well maintained with facilities, but the location is not good. The host is also good in terms of help, guide and behavior

Dear Naresh Ji! We are thankful to you for your kind feedback. Here we are not able to understand your viewpoint about our location as it is one of the prime locations in Tapovan Rishikesh. Just 250 metres from Badrinath Highway and Laxman Jhula is at just 900 metres distance and our location is very clearly mentioned in our listing. It is good. Cleanliness and overall stay is pleasant. Mr. Rahul is caretaker, he was too polite and helpful.
