The hotel was good .Ambience was ok.Staff behaviour was good.Overall very good

Not very good experience, rooms where in bad condition, washrooms were in bad shape

Location is very good and the bad thing is hot water facility is not available and as per online booking water bottle are available but not there in presence , please make sure to rectify this for giving 5 star rating other than this everything good

Worst management one of the terrible stay . Highly not recommend for the stay . There is no facilities

Super Great Good Experience To Stay In YSR Grand INN, Maintenance, Room Service Everything Is Good,

Property is at good location with reasonable price and staff are also very cooperative, over all good experience!

Literally terrible to stay in that room, for double occupancy they given 5 feet single cot, with worst bed sheet and blanket. No hot water, what they provided towel i have pics to share. We entered into hotel by 11pm, by morning 8am left hotel.

Hotel was not having floor mat. When you come out after taking bath the floor would be wet. The floors are ugly and needs a cleaning very badly. Tv was not working.

* rooms were not good * lift area space is very conjucted * room sparays are not maintaing * washrooms are worst * i've tried many times to reach them they didn't answer the call.

Waste hotel x i have never seen this type worst 🥵 hotel neatness wise there out beer bottle inside bathroom I send pls clean there not respond properly not must important things ac is room I have taken ac is not working I sleep morning 5 am I got fever. Staff incharge waste fellow . There talk customer like rowdy manner

My rooms are with bed bugs and floors are not cleaned, bathrooms are in rusting condition and bedshits not waste

No cleaning and without wsahing towel's distribution red aants in towels and bed sheet's

Worst hotel the lift is not working they allotted in 4 th floor so i didn’t occupy went to another hotel

While my recent stay at ysr grand was satisfactory overall. The room maintenance could be maintained a few areas that could be improved upon. The room was clean and comfortable.

Not responding properly and talking in rash way management is not good

Good location, easy to go for bus station and close to the good restaurant. Room is average not as expected.

My stay is average location of hotel near to new busstand of kadapa there no food services in the hotel overall i rate this property 3/5 just good average stay

The room had lot of bugs insects cockroaches, i asked for change of room they still took a lot of time to do it then the other room also had a few bugs and all. And they didn't even give me blanket. The restroom has a broken shower. I couldn't sleep all night cause my body was itching because of the bed. I really can't stat need to complain to health and safety
