Didn't expect this from a hotel on mm t charging such hefty amount and hove no basic amenities and customer satisfaction. The hotel room didn't had water and light for a whole day. The staff is bot properly equipped to handle customer's request. The room for two has a bed smaller than queen size and makes it very difficult to sleep.

Location a bit out of the centre but view from the hotel is excellent if you are staying in the front rooms, otherwise from the common balconies or roof. Services from the staff are excellent, prompt and cordial and food is also good. But beware of power cuts, they only have a non working genset for show, one have to sit in a dimly lit room with no charger, geyser and heater during the power cuts, which may be for long hrs sometimes.

No water in rooms, no room service even don't help with luggage, single rooms are not even rooms, just corridors, geysers not working

This property is used by local boys for partying. It is not well kept. The location is far from the market. There is no one to ask at the reception. On the whole a terrible place.

I stayed with my wife. Hotel experience is horrifying. It lacks basic minimum facilities like hygiene, drinking water, bathroom bucket, stool. Poor quality food, polythene drap in bathroom window, no tissue papers. No electricity, no wi-fi. Hotel staff told they charge rs 1200/ day offline though we paid about rs 3500/day. Not suggested to anyone.
