Stay was excellent. Staff decent and submissive. Food was also excellent. In nut shell a decent experience. Recommend to everyone please. Merry christmas celebration in ooty ywca guest house, ootcamund nilgiris. Just beware, there are no heaters in any of the rooms. And they have fire places with no wood. Enjoy!

From the moment i walked into my room, i was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was spotless, with fresh linens, a clean and well-maintained bathroom, and a pleasant, inviting scent. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay.

Its a great property in an okay location (for us, we prefer staying in a quiet place, this property is located close to all ooty sights. Would definitely stay again, but guys please keep in mind its more suited for older folks who like the peace and quiet. There is no room service and thats absolutely fine, because its a lovley stroll to the resturant. Loved the rooms. Large and plenty of light

Nice location. It’s center of the city. Maintenance is good. Well maintained premises and looks like mini resort. Food is good but a bit expensive and need to order before 1 hour.

Very good place for staying. Care taker and staff were very good and polite. They even provide us the room at 6 am because it was vacant without any extra charge. Recommended.

At first there was a leak in room number 30. We had booked 30. So we had to shift to number 33. 33 was much better than 30 but the service was great, the staff was very nice. The food was also very good. We had an amazing stay at ywca, overall.
