Room was spacies, Washroom was door dirty and roaches was roaming around. No proper Ventilation system in room. Entrance of the property itself too disgusting. Never going to book a Zolo in Pune Ever!!! lift was not working,

I got the discount. as per the price, whatever Service I got , that is satisfactory. I dont say it is very good. You can manage by what rooms they are giving you. Area of Improvement: Please clean the bathroom. Try to give some basic amenities like soap, towel etc. House Keeping service should be done everyday.
