Average pg stay! Suitable for a solo travelers, but the manager and care takers are very nice and flexible. Situated in a prime location of ORR, which makes the commute to office easy. The area is fully crowded since we have many PGs for both gents and ladies. There are lot of street food stalls and you get food for a nominal rates.

Very poor experience due to the property manager, Joseph. He was careless, unresponsive, and maintained no cleanliness. He showed a rude attitude towards visitors and acted as if the stay was being offered for free. Thankfully, MakeMyTrip customer care resolved my initial issues, but Joseph remained uncooperative and impolite throughout. His behavior completely ruined the experience. I do not recommend this property unless there's a change in management. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing.
