Poor Stay

Room and especially the bathroom was dirty. They did not clean it bfr i checked in. There was no ac which was not being mentioned while booking. People get misled looking at the photos while booking, the rooms are anything but that. The bed mattress was hard. No room service. There were insects roaming around the room. There was no provision of backup electricity as pune has a lot of loadsheddings. Had to be in the dark for 30mins during the night. Overall a very bad experience. Pl do not refer this hotel to anyone
