Good charming old bungalow turned into a boutique hotel. Proximity to beach and good eating joints adds to its value.

I stayed at Z hotel with my mother. It's a clean, tidy and charming place to stay. They have courteous staff and spacious garden too. Would recommend this place to fellow travelers. 👌

They are so polite and the property is pretty as well as hygienic, beach is near by like maximum it will take 2min to walk

Beautiful heritage property with nice interior. Highly recommended. They have so many beautiful painting hanging around representing orissa.

It was an excellent stay at z-hotel premises, puri - comfort wise, cleanliness wise, location wise. It indeed gave a feeling of staying in a heritage hotel at reasonable price. Food was very good and staff were very helpful. During my next visit to puri, i will definitely opt this hotel for my stay.

No wifi, no room service, food is back, its a vacant property, very scary. I was there alone with my son and did not feel safe.

Staff is not available most of the time. First hotel i have visited in my life which does have room service at all. Even they don't have the availability of drinking water.

Hotel is neat and clean but the infra is weak. Ac does not work, cu-mod was broken and bathroom gate lock was broken. The staff made us handicap on our re check in into the hotel and was made to search for other hotel at the noon of summers.

The rooms were good but service was very slow. No water bottles provided. The towels were not very clean. The washroom door was broken and shower wasn't working. We had to use the common washroom. The ac was also not cooling properly. Overall experience was not very pleasant.

The hotel staff is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills with guests. They seem untrained and indifferent, which makes the stay quite unpleasant.
