Me & my cousin stayed during Durga Pujo & booked this hotel. They have a great gesture, they called us before the check in day and reconfirmed our stay. Service was truly up to the mark and satisfactory. The room was pretty clean and so the wash room. Only we missed the tea/coffee maker in the room. They have an upper floor restaurant adjacent to the terrace. Luchi/Puri Aloo sabji, egg toast, butter toast, coffee tea are available for breakfast and on request they serve in the room. Other Bengali items and few Chinese dishes are available for snacks & dinner We overall enjoyed the quality of the food, fresh, homely and reasonably priced. Though the rice quality was moderate. Hotel manager and other staff were courteous, polite and very responsive. They have a cozy seating arrangement on the terrace. They provide pick up and drop off facilities from Bolpur station/bus stop on a chargeable basis. The toto driver Buddhadev took us wandering around Shantiniketan and he was being so polite and helpful. However, next time we wish to get any room on the upper floor, as last time we had the room on ground floor.

Simply great ambience, great service, wonderful behavior makes it a fantastic stay among-st nature's best. Period. Will be visiting again soon and have no intention to stay elsewhere in future.

Food quality and quantity both were good enough. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The tot o rider was very helpful.

Stay here at zeta hotel was really nice. Very near & clean, staff is really helpful and it is safe for girls. I enjoyed my stay here

The room was clean, neat and tidy. But the food was terrible. While i was in train phone came at 530pm insisting dinner order to be placed then and there only potato based items was asked to be selected. Later on the aloo dum ordered could easily be termed as every food lovers' ultimate horror story. The iceberg shaped potatoes marooned in an yellow oily mess without salt. I happened to spy a cauliflower in there custody and on questioning was blessed to get a dish which my daughter was able to consume. I was told that bed tea could only be available after 7. 45. No evening snacks were available. All this among-st their rule no outside food allowed. The guests with family and children may face temporary starvation at their mercy. Still the rating is 4. 6 on your site. I wonder how? the homestay is also in expansion mode. New annexe building is coming up. Good ratings effect and also because mediocrity breeds success.

I visited this hotel this week. Very average hotel in higher price. Food was very average. The room they provided me is ok type and more over it's door lock was mal functional, the balcony glass door lock was not working. That's why i spent sleepless night. As per security aspect i was scared. They should check all the features before allotting the room. Not enough satisfied. But the tot o driver of the hotel named dipak is quite well behaved.

Didn't on the ac though we booked ac room. Not cooperative refuse prepare food for child as the adult guests planned outside
