Horrible behavior of hotel manager and staff

I talked to hotel one day before arrival over phone to add one more person to the room and I was ready to pay extra for this and they agreed for this and said come we will adjust and when we arrive they rudely said to take one extra room and denied completely the conversation we had. One must be loyal to customers in this Internet World as it decreases the reputation of Hotel by our bad experiences which we reviewed after our stay.

Worst hotel. No network coverage in rooom. Mosquito will bite whole night. The location of hotel is very poor. Whole night sound of trains are come. Overall wastage of money in a single word. Hotel ataff is co operative
