Overall experience: Do not recommend. It is a property with so much potential, and probably was good in the past, but it hasn’t been maintained at all. Positives: Food is homely and good, lot of open outdoor spaces (was beautiful seeing the vast starlit sky from such an open space!), easy to reach the place. Negatives: Not at all maintained: rooms were stinking, dust and dirt everywhere (avoid at all cost if you have asthma or allergic triggers), basic toiletries also not provided (just one bar soap), unhygienic/ unclean bathrooms. Outdoors are also not maintained well: broken equipment all across children’s play area like broken slide, rusted swings and broken merry go rounds. The indoor games room is quite well equipped but again- so dusty and spotted cockroaches running around. For those who have pets: they do allow pets, but aren’t welcoming of them entirely, you feel like you are looked at with disdain. They were polite in initiating a refund for one day we cancelled due to some of these issues, the people aren’t bad really, just wish that they revive and maintain this nice little place and make it worth staying there.

Location is good stay is also nice only issue is no proper connectivity WiFi is also not working properly food we need to order well in advance close to nature

There was no wifi and tv... without it the stay was boring. Our room outside light bulb was also not working... the room was so small for the price and the main attraction bonefire was cancelled !!! They said it was due to rain but there was no rain! The manager was very rude !!!! The person serving the food said breakfast was complimentary and asked us to come so i asked in reception for confirmation as i know breakfast was not included in my stay!!! Make my trip la book panravugaluku lam breakfast varathu But he mocked behind my back saying elamae free nu varathu that was very wrong kindly see to it

Good pace for family and friends, lot of activities for children’s and nice garden view over all OSM place to visit in Yelagiri with family

Went there with average expectations reading some negative reviews and last minute booking. It exceeded my expectations at every level. If you love greenary, this is the place. The property is huge with natural touch everywhere. Hotels stuff were very kind and humble. I do agree they can work on cleanliness a bit more. But, once you go there, you understand it is not easy maintaining this huge property. It seemed a family run business with moderate manpower but excellent hospitality, location and amenities. There were more than enough indoor and outdoor activities. They don't have AC in any of the rooms but i never felt that is required.

Not as per expectations. They charge the same amount as sterling but service was below average. Rooms did not have any ventilation. Sofa and swings were dirty with spilled drinks and dirty linens and No toiletries. Food lunch and breakfast only available with pre bookings, no food available in restaurant.

We planned for a day trip to yelagiri. It was a great stay in the resort with a natural environment and customer friendly staffs. We enjoyed playing outdoor and indoor games.

The property is beautiful. Breakfast was very nice. Lunch was average. Rooms were good but need little improvement on hygiene. Bathrooms were not so clean at the time of check in. Door mats were not changed. If they improve on this part then this is an excellent place to stay.

Very good place if you like and love nature. This place is ao silent and serene with lots of different flowers. They have 10 cats, couple of dogs, swans, different kinds of chickens, cows and sheep. The resort is old and are in process of renovation so go with a mindset that its average room, there are premium rooms which are new and modern hospitality is like a guest house or like being in a friendly place food is good, homely food and they have madras coffee house inside the premises. There are lots of activities to do for kids and adults, games, mini golf, shuttle. Ect overall good place

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zeenath Taj Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery that truly capture the essence of a serene getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean . One of the highlights was the food—each meal was a delight, with a variety of options. The resort also offers fun activities like indoor and outdoor games, nature trails etc.

Google's overall experience is especially good for families and kids, food is good and reasonable price, property just needs to improve on room service and mobile network.

The property is beautiful and large. The cottages are nice with adequate facilities. We enjoyed nature and the animals on the property. The food was tasty also. However, there was a lack of overall cleanliness. They have a wonderful property, and it is sad to see that the employees do not maintain it well. We found algae in the water bottle in the restaurant. Windows were not cleaned. The restaurant had a general smell of dirty cloth and food, so we sat outside on the terrace for our meals. At check-in time, there was no one at the reception. In fact someone was there when i arrived, but disappeared and didn't return for 5 minutes. I had to go in search of him. We asked for an extra bed at the time of check-in. It was delivered 2 hours later, when it had started to rain. This could have been avoided if they were proactive. Overall, if you are not too picky, it is a nice property to relax and enjoy nature and eat good food out on the terrace.

Lovely campus with so much greenery, nice rooms and very courteous staff. Great food at breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Room is dirty and not maintained properly. There is no room service for food. Only buffet option available at restaurant. Play area is the only positive.

The property is beautiful. But the rooms need major renovation. Bathroom especially not upto mark and the hot water is also an issue. Bf t is only served by 9am. So nothing for early risers. As rooms don’t have tea coffee maker. So that option is also not there. Food on day one was ok. Day 2 maybe as they had a larger occupancy the food standard improved

The food was quite enjoyable, with a variety of flavorful dishes that were well-prepared. Biriyani is one of the must try item. However, the experience was marred by the lack of proper ventilation in the restroom, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit.
