Had bedbugs all over the bed. Manager was rude. I agree that maybe in night. It's really hard to change the room, even if there are some issues, but why are you listing your rooms? If they're Bad bugs, the manager was very rude. I can't abuse him, but he lack basic manners

Location was prime , its good that they provided homely breakfast . It made my trip hassle free and comfortable. I checked in at night but there was no problem in it , staffs were available to attend us . Room was also clean and smelling good . All basic facilities and housekeeping services was available. Overall good experience. Thanks zen comfort 🤗

Rooms (203&204)were good, but the common area was not up to the desired standards. The kitchen was locked and not accessible. Staff were very polite & efficient. Food was pretty homely and tasty. the locality and atmosphere was amazing but the given room was very small and the blanket size was also very small ...apart from that everything was good

It was in prime locality and the ambiance is good. Near to dlf street food. The stay was comfortable.

Good, neat & clean; well maintained. Stayed many times. Food is also good. If the front / entrance and reception area is improved/ made welcoming- it will add in a big way.
