The hotel is very good and is very nicely located. It is very easily accessible. The staff have been very good, polite, and helpful. The food was also good, quantity for price was great. Overall, highly recommended.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. However, what truly sets hotel zen garden apart is its exceptional staff. I faced a last-minute crisis when i realized i had forgotten my mobile charger at home, with an early morning flight to hyderabad looming. One of the hotel staffs went above and beyond to help me. They managed to procure a phone charger, saving me from a potentially stressful morning. This act of kindness exemplifies the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction and genuine care for their guests

It was good. Room was bit small, but okay for single person. The positive side of this hotel is that it is situated near the road panjabari. Shankardev kalakhetra is near, and one bipanan khetra is there in the front of this hotel, where you can have tea and snacks. This was my second time stay at this hotel, all the staffs of this hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful, breakfast options are limited but tasty and what i like the most is their milk tea and coffee.

The location of the om shree cottage, guwahati is at the perfect place. Not too far from city and it's near the main gs road. It was easy to find the place. Stay was comfortable.

Good room, comfortable stay, parking also available. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big enough, along with a study table and chair. Bathroom was clean.

My stay for one night at hotel zen garden was really a cherish-able one. The room was perfectly clean and the ambience was really lovely. The cleaning staff are cooperative and helpful. Also, the hotel kitchen provides room service which gives lip-smacking dishes. Only downside is that they don't allow the online food delivery people to deliver to your room. I would request the authorities to permit it. Overall y stay was awesome at hotel zg. Planning to stay soon, once i revisit guwahati. Cheers to team zen garden. Thanks for such lovely services.
