This newly-established property requires more experience to provide superior customer service. Its location is somewhat remote from the city center, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The bathrooms could benefit from improved maintenance, as there are leaks and cleanliness issues. Although the rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms have leakage problems. Essential amenities like floor mats and complimentary water bottles are only provided upon request. For the price i paid, i believe i could have found a better property within the city. The staff appears inexperienced and limited in number. The breakfast buffet is disappointing, and the restaurant's maintenance is inadequate, requiring guests to fetch their own items due to limited staff availability. The hotel's atmosphere feels more like a guest house than a hotel. Mysore offers better-maintained properties at a similar price. While this hotel may improve in the future, i do not recommend it at this time.
