Fantastic Vi
My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely ambience that made it feel very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The management was professional and made sure everything was well organized. The location was convenient, and the food and amenities were excellent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning their next trip — definitely worth booking!

Excellent Stay
The stay was very smooth. It is just over the restraunt where you can also dine. Moreover, rooms were very clean, clean bedsheets and towels, however the blanket was not that clean. The washroom was also very clean. The best thing about the stay was the staff, who were very polite and friendly. It is much recommended for a good and secure stay.

Great ambience...with super soothing environment. Near by restaurants,supermarkets and cafes! Good behaviour of staffs! Spacious rooms with all amnesties mentioned in description!!lA very pleasure stay here!

Poor Stay
the basic facilities like hot water was so poor

Dear Gagan, Thanks for review and it is noted with concern, which was investigated. There was no complaint informed to hotel staff, each room has been provided with instant online water heater which is concealed in the false ceiling n has a switch to switch on. Understand that this was not switched on by you thus u may not have got the hotwater. If this matter was raised during the stay the inconvenience to you could have been avoided. Poor Stay
the property was good but service was poor. I added breakfast when booked but the service was very poorl. they did not serve the tea and serve the breakfast after making many requests

I had a great stay at this Zephyr by Zenia. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Best Hotel within Budget
You will get the best clean and hygienic room with this price in whole area. I was not expecting this to be so good. Rooms were clean. It could have been maintained more as there are few dusts around and toilet was not fully white. But with the price, this is the best i could say. There is no in dine option but you have a good veg restaurant on the ground floor and Swiggy/Zomato/Blinkit available to the place.
