We had a wonderful family weekend getaway at Zero Degree Jungle Resort. The resort is surrounded by beautiful scenery, lush greenery, peaceful views, and such a calm atmosphere. It was the perfect escape from the city. We stayed in a private pool villa, and it was absolutely amazing. Spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The private pool was a big hit with the kids, and we loved spending time together just relaxing and enjoying the view. The kid’s play area kept them entertained for hours. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. The breakfast spread was good, though the options were a bit limited, but everything we had tasted fresh and well-prepared. Overall, we had a fantastic stay filled with comfort, fun, and family time. Highly recommend Zero Degree Jungle Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway surrounded by nature!

What an unbelievable view we got from our room. The fog spread across the beautiful tea plantations is definitely a sight to behold. Absolutely loved every second of our stay. Regarding our room, it was neat and well setup. The staff were really courteous and approachable. We connected with the owners of the property with whom we had a chat too. The only improvements we felt they need to make is improving the food menu and make the pool temperature controlled. All in all, a wonderful property and very nice people.

We stayed there for 2 night, service was extremely bad. After placing order for 2 cup of tea they served it after one and half hour. They run hotel with minimum staffs. I had never eat such worst food ever in my life. Breakfast options were only three type and all were cold. No other food shop within 10km of hotel premises, so guests have no option other than hotel food.
