Very Horrible Stay
A very Bad horrible stay in this hotel... room is having very weird smell, walls were dirty , and they said that only 1 water bottle per day, bed sheets were spotted , and the chief went to holidays when we came , there was only one boy as staff member, restaurant area was very dirty, they were serving hot foods in plastic plates which leads to cancer .

Location is with highway connectivity. Dinner options should hav been there as not providing. Need more cleaning and highne. Good for bachelors & will not recommend for family.

Location very near to Highway. Nice Place to stay with Family. sweaming pool is good. Staff supportive. Auto available on call. Rooms are good for overnight stay.

Good Stay
The hotel and the view is good, the restaurant is also very good made of bamboo give you the feeling of. Swimming pool water was not hot so that's y 4 star

Average Stay
Zest-in is a ok hotel, you can choose it if you are planning to just stay for a night and leave. The owner is kind and friendly. If you want to go on a sightseeing then you will get rickshaws. Hotel has good large swimming pool.

I found this property on make my trip. Property is good with good service. This property is on the outskirts of lonavala so we taxi cab auto at high price. Overall property is good.

Property is bit away from main lonavala. Stay was terrible, room was stinking, bathroom was in bad condition, no electricity from morning 6am till 10am, if you are expecting relaxation or peace then this place is not one.

Terrible Stay
There was a terrible stay at zest-in hill resort. 1) there was a water leakage everywhere. 2) rooms were not upto the mark. 3) staff was not there n who ever was present they were not co operative. 4) cleanliness was not maintained. 5) my daughter 's birthday we have to get celebrated there but. Any one from staff was not interested to cooperation even we were ready to compensate them extra. 6) they were not even ready to provide extra towel.

Overall pathetic!!!
Everything which has shown in pics are totally fake . Really pathetic situation in hotel , No restaurant, No staff , Bedsheets have a smell , No cleaning !!! Even room lock were damaged !!! Everybody were unhappy after check-in in hotel
