During my exhilarating two-day stay, i felt compelled to express my admiration for their exceptional efforts. From the moment i arrived, the reception greeted me with warmth, reaching out even before my check-in to share a route map guiding my way. They thoughtfully provided a wheelchair for my mom as soon as we entered, ensuring our comfort right from the start. The highlight of my stay was their remarkable commitment to a greener planet. Their sustainable toiletry supplies set a new standard in the industry. Each product is crafted with care for the environment, focusing on reducing plastic waste by promoting glass bottles and responsible recycling. Discovering toothpaste packaged in small paper sachets to minimize waste was truly inspiring. Unlike most hotels that recommend leaving a minimum of 1. 5 buckets of water for hot showers, zibe luxe has transformed this experience by ensuring guests do not waste water to enjoy a hot shower. The food was simply superb, a testament to their dedication to quality. With a slow-cooking methodology that enhances nutrition, their exquisite tomato soup remains etched in my memory. In summary, my stay was not just enjoyable; it was uplifting. I eagerly anticipate returning to zibe luxe grit on my next visit to kakinada.

A + in all aspects there were three follow-ups what time you are expected finally at night also post 11:00 pm when i not manage to check-in the hotel - the front desk staff called with a gesture ( is all good at your end ) its late now - thus calling. Post affirmation that i am coming he also motioned and had a concern whether i had dinner ( else they will try managing it / assisting ) late night when reached they upgraded us next is the hotel / rooms _ what a sheek & elegant product well maintained. Breakfast service - for staff kudos to the entire team - they ensured that every guest should eat fresh make to order breakfast - while the buffet has limited but - excellent food. The truth is the team at the hotel is raising the bar - to percieve the hotel brand.

Beautiful property recently opened and very well managed. Entire team was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. They also accommodated by early take away lunch request and very proactive team. Thank you team 'zibe luxe'

The facilities in the hotel are excellent. Staff are highly courteous. The room is neat and the restaurant is spacious with a nice ambiance. Suggestions: mats are required at the entry inside and when you come out from the bathroom to keep the room clean. A small strip of carpet is needed before the bed. Rest all are fine

recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.Room Quality: ★★★★☆ The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated.
