Review Of Zibe -Salem by GRT Hotels

The stay was for two nights. Hotel is in the centre place and with easy access. Hotel was neat and clean and the staffs were responsive.

I found the location, from Google map,and food was excellent ,service also excellent, only the Bed not comfortable

Good hotel, nice stay. Good food, good service. certainly recommendable. non veg preparation was ok in taste but south indian food was good. buffet breakfast had a good spread with good taste.

I booked the hotel for 5 people 2 rooms, everything was in place and also the extra bed was already provided, so we did not have any inconveniences.

A good hotel, well maintained and with a wide spread for Breakfast. The Chef, he himself comes and reviews about food and other aspects.

The hotel is located just behind the jewellery. It is difficult to find the entrance as the signeage of the hotel entrance is unnoticeable. Parking is limited as it is shared between the jewellery and hotel guests. The watchman asks for the car keys. So cannot leave valuables in the car. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was OK and food was tasty.

the hotel is located in a busy street and the car parking is shared with a shop afront. the rooms were good and airy. the bathroom was spacious and the food was above average. the staffs were very cordial

Property is good. front desk is very helpful. The restaurant staff and food is excellent. very polite and courteous. This is my 3rd trip in the last 6months. One of the best hotels we like to visit. The breakfast spread is awesome with good taste.

I stayed in this hotel on Aug 9th and 10th . The bedsheets not upto the standards of 3star hotel, bedsheets looks very old. The room smells like wet clothes or the rooms is used for smoking.

Property location was good, as it was in the main shipping area. Basically a business class hotel with no frills. Food was good but with a limited variety. Children may not enjoy their stay. Car parking at basement, with valet available. Came across some strange practices. Hot water in the mornings only; the temperature is set to low by reception at other times. But if you request, they increase the temperature; towels and toiletries are provided for only one, though two people stay. But it’s all provided once you ask the reception.
