Very nice service. 5, kms from lake and very pleasant. Please plan for travel to room. Cab drivers will charge 300 to 500rs.

Our stay was for 2 days this place is located in misty mountains from lake 4kms the route to this residency is very challenging roads will be like ramp only experienced drivers can drive the roads and slopes rooms are very neat and hot water avbl 24hrs and food also very excellent they have a cook who comes and prepare food and go everything we orders are fresh especially mutton or chicken we order they will go buy and come and only after they prepare and give you tastes are awesome the residency incharge martin was a young guy who take cares very well and do whatever we need at anytime we will come again and stay here on other time for sure

Booked 2 royal suite, it was so clean and fresh, memory foam bed, jaguar pipe fittings, ro water for bath, racold geysers, everything is premium and elite. And really good quality homemade food available

The place is good for group travellers. It is a bit away from the centre of kodaikanal but this is an advantage that you are away from the traffic and busy streets. The view from the rooms is soothing and the place is clam. You will find complete peace pf mind. The owner and staff are friendly and very cooperative. It’s a 10/10 for zion elite residency.

Room I got has a balcony for good backdrop view. Food was quite good. Cooperative staff. Recommended.
