Poor Stay
Be selective in panel-ling starred hotels. At the end of the day your reputation is impinged, since one books through you. Even i'll will have second thoughts henceforth booking through you. The hotel we stayed was no day close to 4 star rating. It was just an ordinary hotel with poor kichen. Review of your panel-led hotel appears to be lacking. All the best, try to be the best.

coupleStaff is courteous and helpful. However, they don't have a proper restaurant. It's rather like a kitchen with an attached hall on the terrace with seating arrangement. Breakfast spread was good and food was very tasty. However, arrangements for lunch and dinner are not upto the mark. Room service is the preferred option for lunch/ dinner.

Stay at dehradun
Location - excellent parking facilities- excellent front office staff attitude - need to be tough t to be courteous room - good room housekeeping - poor (cobwebs, water stain marks) washroom maintenance - poor (leaking faucet, soap dispensers not working properly) restaurant- average but has a great view

Nice staff. Issue with balcony door not locking that couldn't be fixed. Limited hot water. Spacious room. Bed good. Nice desk. Food average. Overall average.

Review of hotel stay at grand legacy prime, dehradun
The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. Room was well done-up and provided with all amenities including toiletries and even an electric iron, tea kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Staff was well behaved and polite. Even during our complimentary breakfast, restaurant staff was quite caring and whatever we asked for, they served us. The quality of food was good. Overall, our impression was good about the property.
