Clean neat and tidy hotel, service is top notch, location is also perfect, white place, good view also. Housekeeping was top notch. Breakfast was also good overall it's value for money deal with this hotel

It was an amazing stay for 2 days. We’ve been here the past 3 times and each time it does not disappoint. The location, staff, and other amenities are great. They even upgraded our room upon request.

Hotel’s location is excellent, staff behaviour was great and helpful, 45 to 50 mins from dabolim airport, very short distance to aguada fort, dolphin point, simquerim beach. Overall excellent experience.

Hotel staff was very helpful and co operative. Hotel is very near to condolium beach 5 min i guess. Rooms were fine. Food were good. Pool is just ok but not an issue. Overall nice stay

It was a wonderful experience staying at zip spree. Breakfast was a bit okay rest everything was top notch. The staff is also very professional. Location is very good near to the main road and also to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again )

Budget friendly hotel. More than a 3 star hotel. Rooms are pretty big, neat, clean and the breakfast area, swimming pool is small and decent. The staff is the best very polite and humble especially sayaan and shabaz are the best. I booked for 1 day however after looking at everything i continued staying for another 3 days.

Comfortable rooms, we enjoyed the stay at hotel, the breakfast could have been little better adding some more varieties. The reception and staff were extremely polite and helpful. The only concern seems the car parking, they have to check if there is any feasibility to resolve this issue otherwise it is really good option.

I found this property on mmt, the prices were affordable, excellent service and food(though we just had the complimentary brkfast) friendly staff and clean rooms

The hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and the staff was really supportive. Shabhaz has been a really good host. He helped in getting us a two wheeler without any hassle. I had to leave the airport in the in morning wanted a can and he arranged even that for us. Without a second thought just go for it, you won't regret. Thankyou.
